1. 个人简介
解忧,博士,教授,硕士研究生导师。中国物理学会会员,陕西省物理学会会员,教育部高等学校物理学类专业教学指导委员会西北地区工作委员会委员。研究领域有凝聚态物理和光电信息工程。主要从事低维量子物理与新能源科技方面的研究工作。涉及低维纳米材料及其器件的结构设计、性质及其应用基础研究。理论设计新型纳米材料并进行性能预测,进而调控二维纳米材料的电子、磁学、光学和力学等性质,从而拓展这些材料在纳米光电器件、太阳电池、钾离子电池负极材料等光电子学和自旋电子学等领域的应用。在国内外核心期刊上发表教学科研论文八十余篇,其中第一作者文章被SCI/EI收录三十余篇,他引三百余次。出版专著、主编和参编教材共五部。主持和参与陕西省自然科学基金、国家自然科学基金以及中国博士后科学基金等十余项。荣获省部级科研奖项等十余项。
